Perrone’s career began with the founding of Global Capital Markets Group in Argentina, where he managed a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, including BellSouth and Avon, as well as numerous art collectors with a keen interest in films. His expertise in finance has been instrumental in numerous high-stakes acquisitions, mergers, sales, and debt rescheduling projects for prominent companies such as Super Canal and Grupo Uno.

“While working in finance, I always dreamt of one day being involved in filmmaking in Hollywood, California,” said Damian Perrone, reflecting on his journey from a financial manager to a Hollywood producer.

In 2013, at just 16 years old, Perrone recognized the burgeoning popularity of the UFC and leveraged this insight to forge connections with Hollywood heavyweights and studios. His innovative approach led to a six-picture deal with Lionsgate, in collaboration with Hector Echavarria, a world martial arts champion and celebrated film and television star. This partnership produced successful films such as “Chavez Cage of Glory” and “No Way Out,” which launched the cinematic careers of UFC fighters Quinton Jackson and Georges St-Pierre.

Inspired by his success, Perrone aspired to create larger Hollywood productions. He and Echavarria joined forces with Ronald Shusett, the iconic Hollywood legend behind hits like “Alien” and “Total Recall,” whose films have grossed over $1.5 billion at the box office.

Perrone’s dedication to bridging the worlds of finance and film has attracted the attention of Hollywood’s elite. He is currently producing three major Hollywood films: “Last Tango,” directed by Clint Eastwood’s longtime cameraman Steven Campanelli; “Hitman’s Funeral,” written by TJ Mancini, known for “Find Me Guilty” and “Riddick”; and “Hunter.”

“My goal in film is to work with the best people in the industry and create pieces of work I can truly be honored by. It’s the challenge and risk that make it so exciting,” Perrone remarked.
